CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT
(subject to change without notice--please check with store for most up to date contract)

Please note--this is NOT the actual contract. The contract must be completed and signed at the Consign Center.  This information is provided as a courtesy.

All merchandise considered for consignment at Consign Center must be in good to excellent condition.  Damaged, stained, smoke-filled and other merchandise not considered to be in good repair will not be accepted. Scratches must be covered, drawers vacuumed and wiped, pictures, mirrors and upholstery cleaned. Excluded merchandise includes linens and bedding, draperies and curtains, electrical appliances and other household items at the discretion of the staff.

For furniture and other merchandise sold Consignors will receive 50% of the actual selling price up to $100.00, $101.00 to $200.00=60%, over $200.00=70%.  Checks will be mailed to the Consignor or designated charity on the tenth (10th) of the month following sale. A donation slip will be provided upon request.

All merchandise listed on the attached Consignor's Itemized Sheet is to be consigned with the Consign Center for a period of 100 days from the above date.

Merchandise not sold within the first thirty (30) days will be reduced fifteen percent (15%), and in additional fifteen percent (15%) increments every thirty (30) days as long as they remain. It is the Consignor's responsibility to pick up all merchandise not sold after one hundred (100) days. The Consignee reserves the right to dispose of all merchandise unsold and unclaimed after one hundred ten (110) days without notice, liability or payment to Consignor. If Consignor has been contacted for removal of merchandise, it must be removed within ten (10) days of mailed notice, or it will be considered unclaimed and the property of the Consignee.  Consigner may be subject to a reasonable disposal fee.

All consignments are subject to other price reductions, sales, in store promotions, etc. which will affect only the Consignee's earnings.

In order to serve better, appointments for consignments are preferred.  If  you have several large items please bring in or e-mail a picture, or we can make an appointment to  come out to see the furniture.  If you feel you have items of questionable value, we suggest you have them appraised before consigning. We are not jewelers, art experts, etc., therefore are not qualified to do appraisals. We price according to sale-ability.

It is the responsibility of the Consignor to transport merchandise to be consigned as well as the responsibility of the Consignor to pick up said merchandise when the consignment period expires. Arrangements can be made with Consign Center for transport of merchandise for a fee.

All reasonable care will be taken of merchandise consigned, but are left at Consignor's risk. Consignee is not reponsible for theft or lost merchandise.

As the consignor, you accept all responsibility for insurance coverage.
